Charter Guidelines & Procedures

Planning your Charter
The following information is required to organise your charter:

• Name of your departure and arrival city or town
• Date and time of travel
• Number of travelling passengers
• Special catering requirements
• Amount of luggage
• Number of pilots required
• Type of aircraft required
  (Some organisations only allow executives to travel in jet aircraft)

Quotation
Once the requirements have been analysed, a quote will be provided which includes:

• Type of aircraft
• Flight times
• Maximum number of passengers
• All inclusive cost of the charter
• Any additional information required
• Photo of the aircraft and interior

Charter Confirmation
Once the quotation has been accepted, a charter confirmation form will be issued with the following information:

• Aircraft description
• Aircraft registration
• Crew contacts
• Departing and arriving terminals
• Departure and arrival times
• Payment terms and conditions of charter
